Very desolate and lonely. All those little cubicles with all their people all nicely separated. And all witnessed by the solitary lamp. Very well seen; excellent presentation.

The fogginess works nicely, and I like the way you brought in the overhead lines as a compositional element instead of the distraction the normally are.

the power lines are very distracting. They completely take away from your subject.

can't tell that there is any tilt to the photo, subject is not interesting and power lines distract the eye
