 blur achieved via movement of camera to two locations during exposure; use of ND filter to slow down shutter speed

Title requirement for this challenge is completely bogus; why should everyone's entries be forever marred? For future viewers who might not realize the challenge requirement, this clunker of a title was not willingly given.

I think the artistic effect didnt work out all too well here. I think the blown out parts make it hard to enjoy the scene that you were trying to portray here. If it were toned down some I think i would have enjoyed this shot better.
