Super dof in this shot and interesting profiles. More saturated colour may have enhanced this photo.

interesting idea.... i'd like my eye to be led in the opposite diagonal, i.e to the right. love the contrasts and set up. brings me to a paradise.

Man. I wish I were at the beach *sigh* Beautiful sky and water back there! It's an interesting shot. I think it'd be cool if you had done a portrait type shot with part of the shell in the lower left and the sky and water behind it. The repetition created by the shells is cool. I do like the shot as is (tho the focus seems a bit soft even in the foreground) but for a macro challenge I think it would be best to focus on just one shell. ~indigo997

good depth of field for the closeup, i might have raised the camera a little to get the top of the front conch and less of the concrete.
