 Shot this HDR comp at a campsite in Ouachita State Park shortly after sunrise. Created the HDR in photoshop. Tonemapped with photomatix. Then back to photoshop for saturation manipulation, sharpening, dodgenburn. Really just wanted to highlight the fall colors and subdue most everything else.

Lovely, I really like the threatening sky, the beautiful colors, and the angle just rocks. 10 from me. Very well done, IMO.

Absolutely lovely scene. Nice detail and soft colors. I like the subtle shades of grey which dominate and the unusual angle seems to work well too.

Very nicely done. One of the more distinct and unusual entries.

I'm not sure about it being so tightly cropped, I think I would like to see a little more of the water. I love the processing you have done here, I hope you have described it in your notes!

I really like the angle and scene, but the post precessing has left the shot down. maybe if the reds did not stand out so much.

The clouds and the mood are so beautiful, but I think the tilt distracts from it. I love the muted colors.

Though perhaps not a traditional approach in landscape photography, tilting the frame has moments where it adds greatly to the scene, adding interest to the composition. In this shot, though, I'm not too sure I see what it adds. Having the long parallel lines of the trees and then tilting them adds a rather unharmonious air to things... contradicting the tranquility.
