 This is a great spot at this time of year with the beach trees, as I pass it every day, it can look amazing at times.
I made some slight adjustments with:
levels and curves
changed the WB it had a slight red cast (due to filter ?)
cloned out a small branch

I love that water rushing by in the foreground and the nice autumn colors in the foliage on the river bank. Very nice scenery.

The flow of the water is quite engaging - it is almost the same even grey tones as reflected in the sky.

Nice colours in the trees, though I see the sky has let you down a little, not much you could do about that though. Not sure if I like the framing here, I feel like I want to see further up the river.
