2. Select all > Copy > Paste in new layer
3. Delete background
4. Select Image Layer > Filter > Noise > Dust & Scratches (Radius: 1, Threshold: 0)
5. New Adjustment Layer > Brightness/Contrast (Brightness: 53, Contrast: -50)
6. New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation (Edit: Master, Hue: -6, Saturation: -20, Lightness: -23)
7. New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color Options (Colors: CYANS/Cyan:-100&, Magenta:-50%, Black: 50%; WHITE/Black: -100%; NEUTRALS/Cyan: 3%, Yellow:18%, Black -5%; BLACKS/Black: 20%) > Method: Absolute

This should have finished higher. I gave it a 10 because it was different. I loved the tones and the whole idea behind. Has an old feel to it.
