this reminds me of a calf we had when I was a kid. we had others and they were like pets to me. i used to ride them and hug them around their necks. they were so gentle. sweet shot. |

This is a sweet start with a good subject.
Your exposure is good and it looks as if you had a good day for photography.

The tilted horizon (assume it's a hill sloping to the left) offsets the centered composition. Both, individually would be no nos, but in this case, it seems to work and gives the steer an in-your-face appeal. |

ok, this has potential...here are somethings that bother "me" (like I count) dead center, tilted horizon, shadows on the steer's face...IMO I think I would have cropped so that the steer is either left or right and filled the frame more...I like the processing although |
