I am flattered that you call "digital art" this random computer generated figure , created by myself especially for this challenge . It is not pre-existing art. Nevertheless , I was not able to find the paragraph you refered to.

please don't take me wrong. nothing against the image , btw I like it!..... but this kind of entries just make me feel dumber since I do not understand the extent of the rule about pre-existing art.

I love the slinky light, but I think the hand is distracting. It's off-center, with rather dull lighting and color. It just doesn't go with the exquisite detail of the lights.

oh well, a photo of an image on the computer (or TV)? The idea is good but it was not well executed in my opinion. The hand is under exposed and if this is a computer generated graphic you could make it more interesting. If it's not a computer generated graphic, sorry but this is what it seems to be. 4.
