I especially like the geometry in the background -- the horizontal lines behind the man who is walking toward the vertical lines of the next building. There's also the more subtle horizontal of the sidewalk. Although I like the dash of red in the fellow's tie and the bits of red at the far right, I'd like to see this in an all b&w version. But that's just me. Great capture -- there's a lot to see and think about here. |

Hello, You have been selected as one of my Daily 5! I shall be commenting on five random photos that don't yet have comments from the "Recently Uploaded" section of photo browsings, every day, as part of an effort to distance myself from negativity on DPC.
Once in awhile, in the midst of all the chaos, we capture a moment in time that stops us still, and makes us stare. With the power of unbridled energy, yet the calmness of the eye of the storm, this is such a moment.
