Very nice softness to this, but wondering if a square crop might be more effective - these guys seem to have a lot space around them that isn't contributing a lot to the overall impact. (just my one opinion, of course) |

You didn't have a camera with you?!!! You gotta be KIDDING me! :-P
As for this photo, you did a nice job keeping the reds in check - very easy to lose detail in that color channel (at least in my limited experience). The comp works fine, the lighting is well directed. Good control of the sweet spot too.
I can't help wondering what this would look like with a levels adjustment that would brighten it a tad, add a touch of contrast, and deepen the blacks. ??? |
