The day is so bright you've lost most of the rock detail. Contrast between lights are darks is so strong, you've also lost the shadows. This might be a good scene to try HDR.

I would like to see your rocks to the left a bit sharper in focus and I am trying myself to find out why when I take a long distance shot like this...mine too comes out hazy and I see others that can get a good clear shot...I'm working on this myself
