A random collection of dot's, or a cosmic explosion of "Polka Dots"? No it is a night image of North America..
Interesting take for the challenge, but a little far form the definition of "Polka Dots" IMHO -6- |

Well this is a different take. I like what you've done with the bigger (metropolitan?) areas. A bit far from regular photography, and a bit monochromatic as well. |
