I've been lucky to borrow a macro lens just to see how it works and play a bit with. I took some images for another project and also some quick shoots for the challenge. I don't expect a great result, most probably lower than my average.

Wow - the textures in this are creamy, colourful and delectable. I have eaten many of this fruit in my lifetime but never really paused to look at it in quite the way it is presented here. I see much more now due to this presentation, even in the peel. Well Done.

this is a good idea...but did you think about slicing the banana and getting a picture of the little seeds in the middle...

Great idea and composition. I would prefer if the light was more latteral, to give more texture to the subject.

the black & the white on the opposite angles doesn't fit very much, you could have chosen one background on both sides, the macro shot isn't so interesting because of the object that we see and eat every day, 5
