 A freak Storm bombarded the Bay Area with snow. This is Mt. Diablo, which gets dusted with snow a couple times of year. This time there was snow everywhere down to 200 feet elevation, and snow all the way into Oakland. Pretty awesome.
This shot is 5 frames earlier, the weather was crazy.


Post challenge: LOL, I guess you had to be there. :P
A storm like this may not happen again in the Bay Area in my lifetime, so I am glad I entered it. Here comes 2010!

Lovely colour on the clouds and the hill has nice clarity. It is a lovely scenic shot but does not give me enough pop for the challenge.
