 Vietnam Memorial at 3 am. Composition initially set up by ClubJuggle - camera leaning against the wall on a tripod. Flash white balance used to give the warm orange tone.

Adjustments: Cloned out distracting light reflections, border added, resized, sharpened

its an interesting angle and I like it, however i wish the sky was not that color, adjusting the white ballance would have helped get the sky a darker color

Perhaps earlier in the day. The monument is now just a glare against a washed out sky and shadowed landscape. The left side also holds little of interest. Even by the thirds rule, there is far too much to the left. A 4.
