Seems a bit flat on contrast except for the upper portion of the window. B&W might have been a good option for this since the colors aren't very catchy. No vote, I'm in this one.

Having some specific subject showing through the single "empty" pane would have been a powerful statement.

maybe a little more light on the down right of the photograph could be better, but i like it.
