I really like the Monet-like effect that your processing has done here. I like the way the deterioration appears to bleed into each section.....7

As a painting, I like it. As a photograph, it's a bit over the top. This is advanced editing, however.

The rotation is skewed, and I'm not sure why you decided to go with what appears to be a watercolor type processing on the primary buildings. That for me kills the shot in showing their decay even more. No vote, I'm in this one.

Really nice. I like your processing. This image has a lovely watercolor painting look to it. Pity about the large block of concrete in the foreground. I don't think it enhances the picture. In fact I find that it distracts.
