That's the problem with railroad tracks - they don't tend to decay all that well even after a hundred years. The foreground on the tracks seems pretty sharp, but the rest appears quite soft for a deep dof shot. No vote, I'm in this one.

It is urban decay but I find the composition lacking something. I wished I could put my finger on it for you. Perhaps if there were more going on in the foreground tracks to place the focus on and throw the background out of focus. I will give it a 6 because I see merit in the photo and nothing technically wrong, it just doesn't work for me. Sorry.
