Picture was taken on a very overcast and rainy day but I didn't think it took away from the image at all. Actually, I think the light rain helped by giving a nice reflection on the sidewalk and discoloring at the base of the statue.

This one is so close to being centered that I would've just completely centered it, especially since you've got very good symmetry going on. Sky is a bit drab, but then, controlling the weather isn't exactly a simple premise.

Strait on images are often lacking in wow factor. To demonstrate this, I find the most exciting piece of the image to be the titled barrier on the curb and I wonder how it became so titled. Was it a car, or truck that sped through? Was there a fight one night and someone was thrown against it? Was it just poorly constructed and after time its own weight started to make it tilt? it is a neat building, though I feel there are stronger ways to show it off.
