| One of my favourite images in the challenge. I'm a bit of a sucker for dead trees and strangely coloured skies... one first pass I gave this an 8, but upon reflection I feel it deserves a little more, so will nudge it to a 9. Good luck. |

| Tree has a nice shape but doesn't look particularly decayed to me. There is something hanging from it which could be decayed but I can't tell what it is. |

| Great landscape, but it is not screaming "decay" to me except for the title. Perhaps the tree is dead? Should do well in spite of that. |
