nice title. different subject!

Great shot. The title might be great if you phrased it right: "Throw Caution TO the Wind". A tighter crop of the caution ribbon, cuttong of the grass on the right might've worked out better.

I suppose the wind was really blowing that cation tape around, but its not in the picture. What is in the picture that tells the rest of the story?
04/20/2002 03:39:00 AM
Nice photo. Too bad the caution sign is so tore up and dirty.
04/19/2002 01:38:00 PM
Nice title. It doesn't imply enough motion though.
04/19/2002 12:41:00 PM
Good photo. I can't see anything that I would change.
04/19/2002 06:53:00 AM
Great idea!
04/19/2002 02:47:00 AM

Nice colors, and original choice for action shot. I really like the detail on the fence... though I know I'm not supposed be focusing on that :)

Eye-catching, neat idea.
04/18/2002 05:17:00 PM
Background is blurry and a little distracting

"...caution tothe wind", actually. {g} Good eye on you. Could be cropped down and right just a little to lose some of that hot white sky.

I like!
04/17/2002 06:56:00 PM
Great clarity. I find the background somewhat distracting though, still one of my faves!
04/17/2002 05:44:00 PM
I like the title and this is a very nice photo.
04/17/2002 04:40:00 PM

Good work.
04/16/2002 06:00:00 PM
You're funny
04/16/2002 04:37:00 PM
Seems like me some time, just blowing in the wind :>) Tough shot to isolate the background. As hopefully constructive criticism, you might have tried a longer focal length for this shot to get a narrower viewing angle, and shooting from a higher position. This technique would have yielded more of the grass and less of the trees as a background. Just something to think about for the next challenge. Use all of your tools. The exposure is great. Great concept. Well focused and sharp. Composition is all this photo needs. Good job.

good image well stopped
04/16/2002 11:33:00 AM
looks like it could be an editorial photo for a story on trouble at the ball fields or something. nicely focussed, composed etc
04/16/2002 09:25:00 AM
Very nice, you almost feel the cool breeze.
04/16/2002 12:43:00 AM
Interesting concept!

Great title, original concept, in a sea of water drops!
04/15/2002 05:47:00 PM
I like the title. Good exposure
04/15/2002 03:16:00 PM
simple, but good
04/15/2002 02:43:00 PM
I really like this image. Very unique.
04/15/2002 02:02:00 PM
cute title
04/15/2002 12:00:00 PM
This would've been better if there was some idea of what the tape was for... Just having a caution tape in a field doesn't make much sense, it leaves me sorta wondering what's going on.
04/15/2002 11:47:00 AM
Like the title....
04/15/2002 11:37:00 AM
this really says allot,.. great job
04/15/2002 11:30:00 AM
This is certainly my favorite shot. Great idea, great execution. I love the focus, the colors... everything. Good title, too, though I would have enjoyed it much more if I had been forced to figure it out myself. It's too bad so many people won't get it.

cool shot. LIke it a lot - Maybe the fence would have been a more interesting backdrop than the trees ? not sure.

very interesting. a picture like this makes me want to sit down and ponder about symbolism. great job!
04/15/2002 07:31:00 AM
i think this is one of the more creative of this challenge
04/15/2002 07:13:00 AM
This is a good example of the challenge topic. I also really like the texture you have captured on the fence pole and the fence itself. I don't believe I can comment on how you could improve this particular photograph. Maybe a more dramatic subject. I know this was a diffucult challenge. I had a hard time with my subject as well.
