 The annual local "Boat" parade. There were a total of two boats this year. It was quite an event LOL. Gotta love small towns. In some of the larger places like Ft Lauderdale, there may be as many as 50 or more boats decorated for a Christmas boat parade.
Manual Nikkor 50mm 1.4 @ f2, no filter.
This shot was published front page and center in the local weekly newspaper. The news editor enjoys having me out shooting the local happenings. I submit photos so that she can have photo coverage of events that their small staff may not be able to attend.

Oh, I love boat parades. I used to go to a few in the summer back when we had a boat. I really loved the ones in Wildwood NJ & Medford Lakes. It's a shame you had so little participation. Congrats on the front page! Must be an awesome feeling!

Prfetty lights and boat. Those trees over to the right look like they are having a pretty wild night of dancing.
