It's snowing like mad! They are calling for 18+ inches before it's all over sometime tomorrow morning. I went out without my coat just to snap a couple shots. Mistake! Wow, it's cold!

Like this winter shot. Like how the focus is on the foreground tree branch and the blur of the background. This shot gives me the sense of standing of my porch and enjoying the winter scene and life going by...

I live just west of NYC - snow didn't really come down like this until after dark.

I can't even imagine cold like that. It's beautiful but it must be very disruptive to daily life.

Quite a storm.. we're up to nearly a foot now. The best time to shoot was before 5 pm. I like the headlights in your shot and the framing of the evergreen. Very nice!
