 The object is a small clear glass candle with clear wax with micro confetti like material hardened into it. The spheres are formed randomly during the cooling process. The different sizes of solidified bubbles gives the photo the illusion of depth of field. I also placed a drinking glass with two pine cone looking Christmas ornaments behind the candle. One ornament was gold and the other green. The natural room light refracted some of the color into the candle to add some more color features.

Hmm Neat image, I like the polygons with the round bubbles.. So what is it? Hard to say.. Maybe a sno-globe type thing with metallic foil and bubbles in the glass?

Something with glitter in it. Like a sparkly bouncy ball. It's a little too oversharpened for my taste tho.

My best guess is that this is glitter floating around in a water globe. I see lots of jaggy artifacts around the edges. Not sure if that is a result of the way the light is playing off of them, or if it is post-processing related. Could be an extreme crop.
