In the thumbnail I thought the shadow was a Giraffe - lol . .
Mind you it adds a certain surreal element . . A well dressed man in a quiet street being stalked by a giraffe . . One can only wonder what the graffiti says. Personally I hope it says " Look behind you " but I'm sure it doesn't.

| The statue seems to be blessing him (or protecting like a guardian angel) which makes for great contrast with the graffiti |
