you've probably never seen Sofia in one of my shots.....

in lightroom did an auto w/b adjust and mashed the clarity and vibrance buttons a few times

in ps3 i ran 3 passes of usm, burned a thin line on the lips and eyes and a 65% application of kodak air brush

As this is a free study entry I will predict a 5.6 at highest

wow, not sure what to say. I usually don't get bitter about voting but this is sitting at a 5.1....5's are for snapshots, this may not be studio quality but this NOT a damn snapshot. perhaps its the slight wrikles visible in the backdrop....whatever

i've calmed down, and that first (maybe only) comment is right on the money

Lovely model; I like the shadows on the backdrop, but not the wrinkles.

This is beautiful! I love the lighting. Its subdued, but enough. I do wonder if it might give it a few extra points in some people's minds to have it cropped on the right for that dramatic rule of thirds look -- but its such a beautiful portrait nonetheless. 8

I like the lighting on the model a lot, but the wrinkles on the background are distracting.

really nice lighting on the face and hair - but the background is quite distracting. I would try moving the model farther from the background and reducing the depth of field to blur the sheet

A cute portrait, though with the wrinkled sheet and the bright highlight on the side of her hair it causes a distraction. Also being a simple cute portrait may be nice for normal settings or for personal use however for a free study I feel it just does not give me enough. No drama or pop. Also the clarity could be sharper and the depth more recognizable.
