 The winner of this challenge will be a peacock. The runners up will be of eagles and hawks in zoos.

I hope this doesnt get destroyed by the audience, who likes lots of colors, and instead is appreciated for its simplicity.

Post: Thanks for all your comments. I think this was well-received, but just lacking the WOW (which is ok sometimes).

good job, seems like you used a noise reducer...might be just a touch to much...but overall...I really like this

Super colors in this (or lack thereof). You did a great job bringing out the details in the white, which I always have problems with.

Wow, that's sharp! Maybe a little too much: you got those dark contour lines on the upper edges of the bird.

looks like maybe a bit too much sharpening or noise reduction. I had a similar problem with my submission for this challenge. nice shot and composition though
