I find the very bright sun in the upper left to be distracting. It almost makes me squint. I do like layered effect of the mountains.

The sun's brightness completely blows out any detail that would give this piece interest. There really is not anything here that I can say about it. The outline's appear to be in focus but could be misleading because of the smoke/smog/cloud/haze or whatever is there.
