 Taken from a plane on my way home New Year's Eve. Even though none of the shots I took were really challenge-worthy, I really had to enter as a "thank you" to the great DPC community, who helped me rescue this shot and almost 500 other photos from a hard drive that crashed on New Year's day.

In this shot of the Blue Moon is also a beautiful example of the Belt of Venus.

I like different and I feel this is differnt. It is hard to tell what the rest of the picture, but that is ok. I like soft colors. Wish the moon was bigger though.
