| I was just looking through your profile and ran upon this picture. Which is great btw! (I gave it a nine.) I knew this was NOLA immediately when I saw the pic. One of my favorite places in the whole world! I just read the "photographers comments" and smiled when I read, "To my surprise the French Quarter was a photographers heaven!" Of course it is!!!! On our last trip there my husband complined because I took my camera EVERYWHERE! He kept reminding me we were on vacation; not a photo shoot. He just didn't get it. ;-) |

| Nice detail and good handling of irregular light. I'm imagining it might have been stronger if taken from a little further to the right, eliminating the green leaves/red flower and making that nice wall occupy the entire background. High score anyway. |

| this is a very interesting image but the yellow wall does not seem to be working with the silvers and grays in on the man and ground |
