The top of this is much more bright than the bottom of it. Maybe next time a graduated highlight layer (or filter) would help even it out.

I like the subject. The pic has that creepy horror film look. It has too soft of a focus for me...

More contrast would have been great... plus, nothing really says to me that it no longer works. It's just a pretty building.

Needs more contrast. I would use the sky as a guide to achieve the maximum white.
