 I'm keeping the original at the bottom of the stack, & each flip'n'blend as a separate layer, so I can play more. When I changed the 2nd layer to soft light, the original showed up like this & I liked it.

I've started keeping the original at the bottom now too. This one worked very well.

Now, instead of a couple of minutes on an image, it's more like a couple of hours and then it's midnight. And we're not at the middle of the month even.
