Great texture & I love the composition. I like the way you can still see his pupil, which is lost in a lot of horse portraits |

Very nice shot indeed. Wonderful details what I think are really well brought out by the B&W conversion you've done. Like others have said, great focus on the eye, really gives the shot life. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was a touch more on the bottom. |

I'm drawn to that circular tuft below the mane.. it almost looks like a third eye. |

When I looked at this image I first thought you were one of those Icelanders... You know, from that little island that breeds master photographers!!
What can I say about this image except great depth of field, exposure and composition. What crisp sharpness and texture on the horses hair! |

Now this is a great close-up capture of the details in fur. I love how that eye looks like a silver ball. The black and white tones are wonderful! |

I like this.
The image comes out as unusual with the b and w tones. Shot creatively and holds interest. Wonderful!

i'm a big fan of horses mainly race horses for their great muscular definition and perfect grooming on race days but this is a complete knockout as it shows much more than that the horses personality .. i great capture! |
