On DPC this is my first ever shot with dropping objects. Some were interested in knowing attempts & setup. This didn't took more than 8-10 attempts. Once the floppies become wet they were renaming stick together. I know this is not one of the best shot but I like the idea of floppies & I wonder how many of you are using it now :)

A darn good first effort. I gave it a 7, for what you did accomplish with it. I see you had the same problem I did with my first real effort, that the tank walls attracted bubbles and droplets. I had to reshoot mine, and the second time around I wiped off the glass every 3 or 4 drops. It gave me a much cleaner background and foreground. I also think the next time I will find some non-reflective, waterproof surface to place inside the back of the tank, so that I don't have to deal with reflections off the back of the tank glass.

I don't miss floppies. Wondering how easy or difficult it was to do this splash shot with such a lightweight item.

Will be interesting to check your detail notes to see how many times you had to drop these to get them to stay well positioned.

No challenge would be complete without SOMETHING falling or splashing in water. :-)
