Yes, I can DEFINITELY see a family resemblance. Matter of fact, you are so good at taking such fabulously versatile self-portraits, I wondered at first glance if it was you. She is definitely pretty like you are! This is a perfect look for a portrait of her. The hands under her chin grounds it, but its so cool seeing her face emerge from the shadows like that.

I think that she looks a lot like you. I know that this is probably a shot working with what was available for light. The missing hairline actually tends to make her face stand out even more. A backlight would have given some highlights around her hair line had you wanted that.
It's an image worth having a second look in either case. |

great - black & white gives it a retro feel. While I'm checking out dpc I'm listening to the music of Jeremy Williams (from your link) and enjoying it. He's very talented. |
