Very nice, I love the soft colors. I wonder how this would look with a tighter crop to avoid the background on upper left.

I feel like I can smell this. The soft focus and color work very well together.

Soft white vignette works well. BTW, I agree, our weather has been great!

I love the idea of an around the house challenge. In fact, I had just purchased my first SLR last year early January (2009) and to test out my new camera, I spent a week taking pictures in my yard. I took twelve of my favorites & made a calendar... which I just loved all year long. (this year my calendar is birds)

I really love the extremely soft feeling of this shot; very beautiful. Would make a gorgeous greeting card. :o)

I love the pale pink color. Very soft! So much different from you first image which was ver hard and contrasty. Nice that you are exploring different styles.

Lovely, I like that it makes you look at a rose a little differently.

Okay so it's totally not fair that your weather is spring-like... but this is a very pretty photo.

Like Jason, I can't imagine spring like weather. In fact, we won't see roses until July/August. We are covered in snow and probably will be until March/April so now signs of spring until May really. Very pretty and delicate.

Wow, I can't even imagine spring like weather! I love the soft pastel colors of this rose, they are so beautiful. I like the way you have lightened the edges to draw your eyes in to the center. I kinda wished that the top petals were more open so the whole frame would be filled with these soft colors.
