This is a shot of a forty foot wall which was the last one standing and due for demolition by end of this week. It was taken with natural light on an overcast afternoon. 50 years ago, these drawings were adorned with neon. This is the place Bruce Springsteen made famous in one of his songs. He was born here in Asbury Park. The place is being razed to the ground, ending the Asbury legacy. I realize this picture had no meaning to those not familiar with the story. However, it is a true story and the end of an era which served as a resort to many families. Thank you.

I like it but it seems a bit flat. Maybe a shadow or an angle would have added something more to this otherwise good photo.

This is a very nice photo! I love the way the paint is peeling off the wall, against the vibrant colors. Great shot!!! 9

I love this. Not only because it is a great photo but because it helps to preserve this piece of history. The peeling paint and the cracks on the painting add to the photo. Good job!

I was sad when they tore it down. I live in Central NJ, Asbury Park has been one of my favorite places to shoot.

Photo is cool. Nice job there. Headline is kind of confusing though. Could be better.

I really love this shot. It conveys a lot for just a picture of a wall. Nice job!
