- dup bg layer
- xero: bad dream (set to darken Gumby side)
- dup bg layer
- xero: bad dream (set to add brightness and contrast to "doorway")
- select Gumby on first layer, promote to layer
- bring dark Gumby layer to top
- merge all
- crop
- resize
- sharpen
- resize
- cleanup Gumby's head...small defect in the material
- border
- save as JPG

I was drawing a blank on what to shoot for this challenge specifically. When I saw in the news that Art Clokey had passed away I thought I'd do this. Gumby, while not something that technically no longer works (kids can still play with it), has gone out of favor as a toy for newer, more dramatic things (Pokemon, Bakugan, etc...). The bright "doorway" represents Art Clokey passing into the afterlife.

Probably end up being my lowest ever score, but I kind of like the way it came out - so there. :-)

Gumby ! What a wonderful solution to this challenge.....
I find the flare on the left a bit distracting (I may be missing something..?)
Personally, I would have left Mr. Gumby on a black background....Still a wonder shot.
