This version has been flipped horizontally and vertically and rotated 90 degrees. The blend mode was lighten and maybe one overlay??? After flattening and saving I reopened it and distorted it, copied this, closed and reopened the undistorted onew, pasted the distorted one, blended in lighten and erased some of the multiple image effect from the 'faces'.
