Used a window mount,remote,auto priority,straightened picture a tad,cropped and resized. I desaturated in photo shop elements.

I love the composition here- it is interesting and well framed and I love that guy with the stop sign in the pilot car.
one criticism may be that the color on the wheels is weak, orange and is distracting away from the body of the tractor. I would try this again with just the yellow.

The picture is all washed out....... hard to tell if it's a desat or just over exposed. If you want desat to work you need to start with a good picture. Not all picture will work.

IMHO, this is a touch too contrasty (probably the harsh light from the time of day it was taken). Never thought I'd say that about a (mostly) b/w image. Also (once again just my opinion) I think it would have had more oomph if you would have left the whole grader (I think that's what the machine is) in color and not just the yellows...
