Portrait of a poor lady taken in Maheshwar,India. I found lot of character in her face & requested her to take me her portrait. She asked me why I am interested in her portrait. I said she reminded me my grandmother. I was lying but I know that was making her happy & comfortable. It resulted in a good portrait that was important for me also I know I must have left happy moments for her.

Quite a bit of character on display here. Nice colors too.

That's so funny that you told her that story to get her portrait. Sometimes I have a hard time explaining to people why I want their picture. That did seem to but a sweet, happy countenance on her very interesting face. Nice job!

She looks like a kind soul. A lot of character in that face. Well done.
