The sketch effect was created using the find edges and cutout filters. The background on those layers were partially knocked out via the "blend if gray" sliders under layer styles. More adjustments were made using curves and masks. The Rough Pastels filter produce the canvas texture you see and the paint behind the model was accomplish with a custom brush. I also lighten the shadows on the model and darken the background a bit for a softer contrasty look.

The model and his pose by itself is already excellent. The processing you did is way cool!!!

For some reason the first thing I thought of when I saw this was The Gunslinger - Stephen King. Your stylization and his pose remind of the lead character.

Overall I quite like what you have done with this shot. I am assuming that the face and neck are from a photo and everything else was done in photoshop (or heavily post processed). Some more work might be done around the right hand as it looks unnatural that the paint would miss a spot os that shape.
