Image is just a little crooked.
I just came back from the Isle of Man, gasoline was 90 IOM pence/liter. This was 6.55 US dollars/gallon. Ouch! Right now in California it's 2.10 USD/gallon.

Interesting idea. Good use of B&W, cuts out the clutter that color would give this shot. Would a polarizer filter help eliminate/reduce some of the light reflections?

In a photo like this, I'd like to see a wider shot. One with a customer preferably. Good headline. You must be in Canada at those prices. Crikey is that high! Per Litre to boot!
