One horizontal flip gives me this creature - my Queen.
Or the other way up I get the King.

Little other editing, just a little brightness/contrast and a tiny bit of sharpening tool over selected features.

Wonderful! I clearly see that she is sitting in a red brocade throne wearing a high-necked red brocade gown, she's wearing great jewelry and has a wild crazy hairdo, and, well, she kinda has a fish face :-) But she is gorgeous! I love it when you get something so wonderful as this with just one flip.
