I like this interpretation of the challenge, but the execution/lighting is a bit strange with the out of focus "blob" on the left and the highlights and shadow to the right of the "face"

it's cute. It's a bullseye. :) Maybe crop a bit off of the left?

Cropping the left side past the edge of the white thing would have added to the drama on the face of the plug.
