Isn't it odd that your comments are mostly positive and you got such an evil score? Hope you're not taking the score to heart, since this is really a brilliant image. |

Makes me think of Marc Chagall (digital camera division). The abstract fits the subject. Would make a good jazz album cover; many highly-rated images on DPC could only be used to sell elevator music. |

Woooh!! getting dizzy looking at this. Nice abstract and the reds in here makes this work but still...a bit to eye crossing for me to feel comfortable to look at indefinitely. 7 |

cool impressionistic feel - love the standup bass so you get an extra point for that! |

I'm liking this a lot. The blocks of bright colors fit the subject well - give it kind of a jazzy feel. Bravo! |

Unique photo, but judging from the available light I think it would be better without the camera movement. then the musicians would still be blurry, but everything else sharp. |

A cool blurry shot. I do like how the red of the bass stands out so much from the otherwise blue picture. I don't love art shots, but this is pretty good... The border is however, a negative. 6 ok with you? Hope so. |

I really love the vivid colors and the abstract feel of this image. Now that I've taken some time to contemplate it a bit, I'm giving it a higher score. Sadly, I fear this will tank, though. Not very DPC-esque. |

Not to my usual tastes, and as I learn more of the appreciation of this type of image I will be better at critique, but to me the vibrance of the colors fight with the suggestion of the subject......4 |

A frenzy--which seems the antithesis of the laid back bass player. :) I like how you've reduced the emage to red and blue. |

I think this would have worked much better if you could have done it without the white streaks, They distract me, but the style for the rest of the image actually works for me. |

Not overly fond of blurry shots where the blur doesn't add anything to the photo. The colours are cool here. |
