Nice photo although there seems to be too much leaves and branches. |

I like the b&w that traps your eyes and draws you into the rainbow. BEAUTIFUL! |

very nice job of using the trees to frame your picture. |

I was wondering if there would be a rainbow shot in the challenge! Beautifully done. The border is a bit distracting to me, but not enough to cause any heartburn :)...thanks for sharing |

first off, nice job on the desat part of the picture - extracting colour from something with no real clearly defined edge must have been something of a bugger. i do like very much how you have the rainbow in between the trees, i think that is quite arty and nicely composed. what i'm not so impressed with is the house and cars in the foreground - it appears a bit more woody further up the street, and i think standing there might have been more in keeping with the shot. similarly, you could try cloning the trees in the background and covering the house with them. however, choice of subject is perfect, and to my eyes, it's a shot nicely executed. |

Good rainbow shot but I find that yellowish part under it takes away from the shot. I realize that it wasn't the same colour as the sky, but leaving just the raindow itself would have been more visually appealing. I really like how you framed the rainbow using the branches. |

Great idea and execution. Composition is very effective, My biggest problem with your submission is the overpowering border, It (the border) has the richest blacks and whitest whites - so it really draws attention. Without any border - the viewer would be drawn more to the oovely rainbow. |

Excellent choice for this theme.
I think the house and cars are slightly distracting. I would have figured out a different crop. Maybe also increasing the saturation and brightness of the rainbow might have helped out a bit. 5. |

Cool. You should have exaggerated the rainbow colors a lot more. And possibly clone out the cars and the power tower in the background. I really like the tree leaves in the foreground cause it goes well with the rainbow. |

Very nicely done. I love the quality of the shot, the detail in the foreground trees and the rainbow. Nicely composed with the rainbow arching through the opening in the branches. |

This was the shot that was in my head.
Well done for stealing it... :)
Unfortunatly for me, i could't find a rainbow. (or the end of one)
Good luck.

a little too heavy on the framing -- it distracts from the photo |

Nice choice for this challenge. Photo could've been better for composition in my opinion, though. |
