| Great idea for the challenge and a nice title. Appreciate the extra work removing the color. Nice grain effect on it too. It has the feel of a newspaper picture. |

| its really good and appropriate, but perhaps a little busy and not enough contrast. you need a "blank area." but wait, look behind you...TIMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 |

| Hmm. I think this would've been a lot better photo if it was in color. Also it could've been a lot more interesting photo if it was taken at an angle instead of a straight on shot. |

| Difficult to see the wood for the trees, I find B&W works when there is a contrast in form in the image, here it's difficult to see what's happened. |
