I like this caual, candid shot. Very nice focus, light, tones and colors. Their actions help make this a good photo. Well done 9 from me.

Since the part of this photo that you desaturated is normally fairly grey anyway, you might want to try leaving just the child or the child and the umbrella in color. But this is a very cute photo - nice job!
