Good day! You're the recipient of a "critique club" critique! So feel free to take this with a grain of salt :D
First Impression: I'm glad that I received this one to critique -- It's a very well done shot that I enjoyed when voting, but something just wasn't right. What a great opportunity to explore this one further.
Composition: The biggest problem with this image is the disconnect between to the two people. With your title of "not interested", it's fine and perfectly acceptable that he's disconnected/uninterested. But for the picture to be really intriguing, there should be some interaction. If she was only looking at him, putting a hand out to him, somehow trying to catch his eye, then there would be so much more of a story. Right now it is two separate pictures. I do agree with an earlier commenter, he'd be much more interesting by himself. At this moment, she's just a distraction. If she was working into the story, that would be a different matter.
Subject: As above: the man is very interesting, the woman doesn't add much. Wonderful spot, though!
Technical: You did the technicals exceedingly well. I like the chosen angle, the lighting and processing are very nice.
Final thoughts: I gave this a 7 in the voting, I did find it intriguing, however the man by himself would have scored an 8 or 9 from me. |

OMG I love this! Excellent study on contrast: old vs. young, male vs. female, posed vs. authentic, dominant vs. restrained, overconfident vs. modest and so on...
It's such a strange situation it's got to go into my favs! |

Lovely model and he seems to not even realize what's going on!! Maybe it's the angle of the shot but she appears to be a tall model. I'm curious of her height? Nevertheless still a great photo. BB |

Okay. It seems you're trying to appeal to two different demographics with this shot, and the title works in this regard. I personally would have voted you higher if you had only one of them in the shot. My preference would be to eliminate the girl because I think the old man against the old door makes more of a statement. Of course the men out there would much rather see the eye candy. |

this one just makes me smile - while as a man I should be drawn to the model, the face and intensity of the old man wins the day here |

Clearly he is interested... he has wood ;)
Nice photo, made a great image by the juxtaposition of age and youth, male and female, decay and beauty. It tell a story. Bravo. |

that speaks contrast to me, a very young and beautiful woman next to a somber old man. |

This is somewhat disturbing to me. Makes me feel sorry for the old guy, and it makes me wonder what the point is here. |

Humorous, the old gentleman must have the stick because he is blind. Technicality the image is great, but I feel there are too many elements in it. The beautiful model with the rusty doorway would have been enough. |

Too soft, low contrast for me. The concept is nice, might try again with more interesting light, better focus. |

This looks like a Viagra ad - "don't you wish you had some?" or the one where you can take it and be ready "when you want to" LOL The only thing I would have done different is t burn the right side - it is a bit bright but still a great shot and your model "brought it"! |
